    If you pootle to work and don't need to wear a suit then it's pretty likely that you'll only need to change if the weather's grotty and you have got wet... which is what the OP is trying to address, IIUC...
    I have this problem to address in a couple of weeks; the showers at work are going to be out of action for a week. Current plan is to cycle in very gently, stopping to remove a layer at the slightest hint of becoming too warm. I'll then have to go balls-out all the way home to make up for it, before washing and drying all my kit in time for the next morning.

    What I don't plan to do is ride 15 miles each way in office attire; bits of me will be too cold, bits will be too warm, and the whole of me will be uncomfortable (especially the areas in contact with the saddle)...

    Edit: I'm also going to have to break out the spare (non-bioweapon) helmet.
