Training after HOLEP

I have just had the Holep procedeure on my prostate, how long should I stay off cycling. At 66 I was relatively fit before and find it difficult to find any info for cyclists. PS, it is a brilliant procedeure and it really is good. Any help or advice would be appreciated. :D

    I shall have to give that a try, and hope for the best plans were not until after Christmas, but thanks for reply.I had hoped that someone might have had the procedeure as well. But thanks anyway.
