A frequent topic here is what to eat/drink when training/trying to control weight.
By chance, I just happened across a series Sky did last year on the subject.
It is quite excellent. Full of straightforward advice and ideas with everything prepared from basic simple ingredients prepared by a real chef. Not a brand name or product placement in sight like you so often get with this sort of thing.
It covers just about all you need to know about off bike nutrition. Not only that but its also pretty much all you need to know if you want to just eat healthily and cheaply.
