On the cover it reads "the art of perfect pedalling revealed", is there anything new here or is it more of the same.

I haven't read it, but since all the latest groundbreaking training methods appear first in Cycling Plus, I suggest you invest in a copy.

Not when pedalling is the topic.

    Whoooosh!

So anyway, anyone got a copy? What are these tips? (I can't buy this in France)
  • By the way, for what it's worth, since going to Q rings (about 5 months ago), I no longer feel the need to 'pedal circles' or pull up, it kind of happens naturally.

It's hard to describe, but it feels like the pedal stroke has smoothed out, it's more linear, there are no 'holes'.

Pedalling 'en danseuse' feels especially good.

I've improved all round since last year, but how much of that is down to the Q rings/pedalling, I have no idea.

I get Cycling Plus via Zinio here in Switzerland, although I haven't read the perfect pedalling artical yet. I always thought the way to improve pedalling technique was to spend the winter on a fixed or single speed, or get the rollers out.
