    Here is the pics I took before I sent them back no cycling shoes I know have a great big bulge sticking out from the ankle! This would be you sock area just above the shoes. There is no way of pulling this bulge in no matter how you do them up. A pair of boots who's sole purpose is to wear away my crank arm is no use to man or beast.

    The weight thing was an observation of how they feel compared to my summer shoes with warm neoprene overshoes. They sure feel heavy as soon as you start to pedal! I will admit my feet were toasty but they are in Doc Martins also!

    Does anyone have a suggestion for different winter boots as these are not for me!
