How many times can you be sacked before you lose your self proclaimed “special” status?:lol::lol: PS - The reds have been quiet for a few years now.
The above may be fact, or fiction, I may be serious, I may be jesting.
I am not sure. You have no chance.

Maybe unconfirmed rumours of a possible move to Inter was a straw on that camel's back?

Now I hope Pogba get's to play more often and we can see the best of him.
Mourinho can moan about not getting the players in that he wanted but he's got a bigger budget than Bournemouth, Wolves, Tottenham... [add team x, y and z] and MU under JM were rarely greater than the sum of all their parts.
He took an Inter squad to the CL final and beat Barcelona on the way with a squad that was on paper, budget compared to other teams.
He lost it when he took the RM job after he lost it at Chelsea and then came to the PL in the shadow of Pep G just like he was in the shadow of Barca in La Liga.
In the run up to his sacking at Chelski, sometime in October, had he the opportunity to hold his hands up and apologise to all and sundry for his decisions, he may have got the fans, management and players back on side - they would have respected his honesty and his career would have probably kept going on an upward trajectory.
For me, that was his biggest mistake and one he'll never recover from.

I don't know, not even 3 years into a job you do badly at and signed a new contract not long ago so probably due in the region of £20m as a payout - i'd say that is pretty special!

  • If they get Zidane in by the end of the day they will make up the £20m payout on Bench Coat sales by Christmas.

Don't get me wrong, I'd love to get on the recycled PL managers gravy train.
I still think he is a boring defensive manager on the wain. (Polite version).

Is "on the wain" some obscure reference to parking the bus, or at least wagon?

Good idea - Wenger in :)

Man U took a bit of a sideswipe at Mourinho - the Beeb article said "The club also says the new manager will understand the philosophy of the club, including its attacking traditions."

Random fact #274 is that I stayed in the house on the left on a school geography field trip.

As you're behind us in the league, that must mean that our shyte is better than your brilliant.

It's going to be a bit of a stiff challenge for you lot at Watford. I mean, if you can't win at home...
