iirc you need to pull the end caps off they are held in place by O rings. I remmber them being a bloody tight fit and ended up wrapping one cap in a rag clamping it into a workmate bench and pulling and twisting as hard as I could on the wheel and nearly ending up on my backside when it came out.Fig rolls: proof that god loves cyclists and that she wants us to do another lap0

yeah, that's pretty much spot on. Managed to get it off eventually.

I made sure to put a spot of Teflon grease on the O rings when I reassembled so they didnt glue themselves in again and hopefully keep water outFig rolls: proof that god loves cyclists and that she wants us to do another lap0
