    iirc you need to pull the end caps off they are held in place by O rings. I remmber them being a bloody tight fit and ended up wrapping one cap in a rag clamping it into a workmate bench and pulling and twisting as hard as I could on the wheel and nearly ending up on my backside when it came out.

    I made sure to put a spot of Teflon grease on the O rings when I reassembled so they didnt glue themselves in again and hopefully keep water out
