Hi all
Had a shocker, broke my ankle in 3 places playing football and had surgery on the 18th October. I am now in a cast and have more metal work in me than iron man. Plate and screws along the fibula and a long screw securing the fibula to tibia. See surgeon Thursday for plan ahead but know it won't be easy.
Can't wait to get out on the bike, by then will be Spring. Looking at getting an exercise bike as will be too unstable on a TT, plus I don't have one :-)
Does anyone else have ankle injury experience or had an accident recently we can discuss? Have lots of time off work to chat ;-)
