That's quite interesting. As someone recovering from a 2nd bout of rhabdomyolysis inside of 3 months, the professional advise given by a large number of consultants is to hydrate to these levels, and more, over the next few weeks to flush my kidneys. All this with zero exercise beyond a 1/2 mile slow walk each day...0
