Last Wednesday evening was great viewing for anyone interested in northern soul. Made me want to go and purchase a pair of 30" bags and Oxford shoes. :D

Just wish me hips were up to it these days. :cry:

    I'd love to Rick but dislocation would be a real risk :cry:

    The music is still fantastic and anyone who enjoys NS, being in a dance hall and trying to resist the urge to dance is futile.

    Sorry to hear that.

    FWIW I think that it might still be worth going. If you really struggle to not dance / risk injury then you can always hesd home.
    I'm sure you'd enjoy the vibe and having those memories come back.

    I stumbled on the prog because I'm a Paul Mason fan. Know a few of the tunes. Didn't know it was a scene just like rave.

    Well assuming that you're not about 5 years old, your mum is unlikely to be 21 so she doesn't fit in :)
