IMO Wilier should have done a Colnago a la C59 and stuck with the original Cento Uno instead of the monstrosity that is the Cento Uno ‘SR’ with equally hideous graphics and then brought out the Cento Uno Air (minus the hideous graphics) for something different. The original Cento Uno had loads of superb colour options and this could have continued, just like Colnago currently do with the C59.0 -

I wouldn't buy one either, it reminds me of this...

They don't scream "standard pop out Chinese frame with some fancy graphics" to anyone else do they? We're in danger of confusing passion with incompetence

I agree. I don't like the headtubes on those carbon ones to look at at all for example, the branding is very poor too, loads of designers could do much better in 10 minutes flat. That said, they might be good bikes! ...but still, taste-wise it's a different matter, I suppose they are lucky that some people don't really have much in the way of taste anyway, a fact proved by there being Renault Meganes on the road.0 -

I agree that the TT bike looks good - its just a shame about the rest of their range!0

You think? I'd happily ride these too:
Here's a funny thing - I have a Boardman TT bike. It's very much a rarity over here in the US and is always admired and coveted unanimously. The brand has a great reputation (thanks to the Boardman himself and the Brownlees / Pete Jacobs I guess)... but then no-one is aware of the 'Halfords' association.0 -

Purposeful, stealthy etc, but I have a trouble with 'beautiful'!0 -

So their top of the line bikes look good.. the rest don't!0 -

What had you said? In some cases I think people do say things that a company may wish to comment back on, it happens on here.0 -

Nice bike but awful name.
Peregrine Falcon would be bad enough, but Peregrine Falco makes it sound like a dodgy knock off with a spelling mistake.“New York has the haircuts, London has the trousers, but Belfast has the reason!0 -

They may make some OK bikes but every time I see one I just think Halfords0 -

Sounds ominous, I am picturing Joe Pesci and Bob De Niro knocking on your door, and putting you in the 'trunk' to deal with later.
Incidentally I have Team Boardman and very happy with it. Badabing, badaboom.Superstition sets the whole world in flames; philosophy quenches them.

I think it was from 2009 or something that pic. Strange that on her wiki page it doesn't mention her winning it as a junior but she obviously did. It's still a huge achievement0
