The only way I would really know whether it would come off is to try it and to be perfectly honest I would not do that because I like being asked about PX0

I have just fitted a Tortec Transalp Rear Disc Rack to my Kaffenback 2 and it could not have been easier. It fits around the brakes fine and at £23 from JEJames was a very cheap but very good quality and sturdy rack. I would have no problem recommending it to anyone for the Kaff 2.

night_porter: Do you also have mudguards fitted? I have just purchased and built up a kaff2 and noticed that there is only one eyelet at the rear end so I wondered if you have fixed your mudguards and rack to the same eyelet?0 -
I had an original Kaffenback years ago in that "retro", baby-poo kinda colour scheme with matching steel forks (carbon forks just looked wrong on the Kaffenback).
I loved it. Rode it all winter, and into the early year chain gangs. It was pretty darn heavy, but was super comfy on long winter rides. Just look after them- the paintwork isn't the best of course at such a price point, so the slightest chip or scratch should be dealt with before the beastly winter mud and oomska try rot the plutonium tubes0
