Thanks all. Full report to follow. But it was a tough day at the office, that's for sure. There was a bear on the run course but unfortunately he wasn't amenable to giving me a ride home...
Leg seems ok, but have to wait 2-3 weeks to see whether a stress issue develops (they take that long to show).
