    why not just get a placement part for the shock or get a new one second hand - what size is the shock?

    I don't really want to get a new shock as that's a fair few bills! Thought replacing the eyelet would be a cheaper option.
    I'm not a fan of drilling it out as there isn't much material around the eyelet as it is.

    Thanks for your help, it's a Querky one, I've never heard of it before
