Got a century sportive in 8 weeks - is it worth training?

Apologies for asking this twice - the first time is lost somewhere in the TrainerRoad thread, thought it might have a better chance here.
I've got a 100mile sportive mid/late October, which means I could squeeze in an 8-week training plan, providing it is worth my while.
I spent the beginning of the year doing base work, then did the TCTP novice century plan that led me up to the Etape. In the 6 weeks since, been doing tempo intervals and 2x20 on the turbo during the week and sunday long rides out on the road.
Would it be worth me following another training plan to take me up to that sportive?
Or should I just carry on as I have been and mix up long road rides with tempo + threshold workouts on the turbo until then?
Thanks

Suspect if you've done the Etape then any sportive in the UK will be easy enough. Unless there's anything super specific to think about I'd just carry on as you were.0
