I've got 3 sets of wheels. 1 built for me on CK's and 2 I built myself. Mine are Ultegra/Open Pro (training / winter) and DA/Crono's (racing). DA hubs laced to Ambrosio Crono's ride like a dream.0 -

I do want to get a SRAM Red group, but the special edition green to match the team colours on my Dale. 8) It'll have to be next year now.
I'm not worried about it. It seems it's not an unusual thing to happen by the sound of it. Make no mistake, I have no regrets in going for CK, and anyone would be a fool for dismissing them based on this thread.0 -
You don't have to buy the whole group, just the cassette. It'll work with Shimano fine.0
