Anyone used a nutritionist?
I'm looking for someone to provide some dietary guidance, menu suggestions etc. I can get down to about 77kg but really struggle to get down lower than that.
I've tried keeping food diaries etc but just hit around 77k's and stop.
Thanks!

Nutritionists are unqualified and unregulated. Any quack can call themselves a nutritionist.
Dietitian is a legally protected title, so that you know they are qualified and regulated.

Make sure that the person you consult is familiar with atheletes - most weigh loss info is designed for non-athelets who are significantly overweight.
Since you have already been controlling your weight, you probably know the fundamental nutrition needs. At this point you need to increase your commitment and reduce or eliminate the amount of excess calories that you are eating.
Being hungry at times means the diet is working!
