    The elbow issue sounds like a problem for a medical practitioner rather than a bike fitter, at least until you get it diagnosed! The fact that you get it only in one elbow suggests some sort of injury or underlying problem.

    +1 for bike fit. Wiggling your toes every so often stops them going numb
