Has anyone used this guys (Joseph Bondo Medhus) training methods, specifically the VO2 max training? What are its merits if any, I.e. can some say it will improve me if I do it?

I've seen his site before - it's all fairly standard stuff, apart from the 'strength training' bit, which is silly. Like any other training web site, some will agree and some won't. Put it this way - he's a medical doctor offering performance coaching advice, although it's not immediately obvious what his coaching qualifications are. A bit like a performance coach offering medical advice, I suppose...

Nobody can say if it will help you improve, if nobody knows what your goals are, or what standard you currently ride at.

No one can say whether it will improve you on such limited information. No one knows you're currently doing training wise, or how much training time you have or what your goals are. No one knows your genetic potential and trainability or what training you may suit. You have provided too little info!

On the other hand it's likely that if your training is currently haphazard or ad-hoc then a structured regime of training is likely to improve you.
