The headline in everybody's favourite paper today is Should cyclists be forced to wear helmets?, and bingo - the comments instantly fill with the usual drivel about road tax, insurance, and killing peds by riding on pavements.

Most of that telegraph article and the comments below it are pretty sensible, with the exception of one person.
