Pain in knees and calf

Hi all,

I have just done my first 56m race, loved every minute of it apart from at the end my right calf is in bits and left knee is in alot of pain...

Could this be from a lack of stretching or a bike that does not fit me properly.

The bike is a CIOCC Dragster Carbon..
