Saddle sores - healing advice

Just developed a nice looking (?) saddle sore, first one in a few years cycling so haven't had the joy of finding out healing tricks. Any advice welcome as I have a few sportives lined up in coming weeks and want to keep my sore arse in the saddle

Thanks

From the supermarket , a tube of Simple rapid Action spot zapper did the trick for me in February....
they do say that if all else fails, haemorrhoid cream dulls the pain...

Sudocrem helps clear them up too, works well applied as a chamois cream too. Not tried spot zapper, but I can see that would help dry it out. They're a damn nuisance, hope you get it sorted.

Conotrane, I find it better than sudocrem.

Or as above piles cream if things are really sore.

I don't really suffer from them, but when I do they are, well, a pain in the arse.
