Recently ordered the Zhongwei R-002 frame/fork from UIS/Zhongwei Composites in China myself.
52cm frame/fork was $360 + $65 s/h. I also ordered the 42 mm cf bars from UIS as well.
Total from UIS was $444.00 delivery included. Rest of the parts came from ebay sellers.

38mm x 23mm wide carbon wheels from Ekay Composites in China. $439 delivered. An Ultegra
6700 drivetrain will be utilized. All in, I will be around $1,670 dollars, plus or minus a few bucks.
Weight should be about 16.5 lbs, plus/minus a few tenths. I hope to have it finished by the end of March.
