Velogames - Tour de France

The new riders lists are up at Velogames, so get yourself registered and pick your best team. I think everyone who did the Giro d'Italia one enjoyed it and it brought an extra dimension to the race.

    Ah it appears you can change your picks up until the start of the race.

    Looking forward to showing that my 3rd place in the Giro really was beginner's luck/flash in the pan/jammy/perceptive {delete as applicable}

    5 teams in the league already, all hidden for the time being which is annoying as I want to see who people have picked. Mine has a 2/3 bias towards one language.

    Im in, just can't justify putting Froome in there at that cost, taken a bit of a gamble and gone a bit light on GC contenders and gone for likely stage winners.

    Not bad 14 teams so far! Could do with a few more though. Personally finding it very difficult to choose my final team now I know we can switch things around until start day.

    I'm in. Velo Club Loretta will rule the world!! Or not. I'm another who couldn't justify a huge spend on the GC favourites but I couldn't resist selecting Cav and Voeckler.

    One of the reasons I didnt do so well in the Giro velogames was I refused to have that whiner Cav on my team, is he a better bet than Sagan though?

    Nice one. Enjoyed the Giro one even though I was around 45th out of 50...

    I picked Wiggo in the Giro and he gets ill. I've picked Froome here, so with my luck he'll crash and break his leg on stage 1 :lol:

    Having exceeded all reasonable expectations at the Giro I will be pleased to be in the top half this time around. In my experience lightning doesn't strike twice...

    Just entered with a team of total egomaniacs. Team Skys problems last year would pale with my lot.
    Loads of great riders available for 8 points but this is my first attempt at this so I'm sure I've made loads of rookie mistakes.
