Advice needed for training

Hi there,
I am currently signed up to do a Maracycle on the 29/30 June which is 220 mile over two days, at the minute I'm out on the road 4 times a week. I do a TT/race on tuesday, TT or training on a thursday and club runs on a saturday and sunday which are around 50/70 mile respectively. I need to train for the maracyle without compromising the timetrialling/racing as I am currently competing in our tuesday night club league. Can anyone point me in the right direction in regards to training? Should I be doing more miles or maybe do something on a wednesday night? How many rest days if any should I take per week and should I being doing light recovery spins on these days??
This weekend I'll be doing around 70 mile each day, is this enough training for the maracycle?

Its only 18 days away, this close to the event any changes to your training is not going to have that much of an impact on your performance anyway.0
