Interval Training plan- garmin 810

Just purchased a new garmin 810

I'm looking to set up an interval training plan for my 10 mile commute (each way)

I'm going to use the commute to boost my fitness and I'm sure this will help with the club run/events

Any idea how I do this and what kind of plan should I do?

I have hrm, cadence etc

    Best way to train over 10 miles?

    After 10 miles you might just about be properly warmed up enough to start doing some intervals.
