Home gym equipment suggestion ?

I bought a home gym, it came in very useful for hanging tyres and damp kit on etc. Whilst i'm sure a bit of gym work won't do you any harm, a good cycle-based training plan worked better for me, the key thing is rest & recovery in the right places and eating the right food.
I also found swimming to be very good cross training, not pottering about in the pool for an hour, but pushing yourself for 40-50 minutes, good all over body conditioning and excellent breathing training.0 -
