Hi Everyone,
Im new to the forum and im looking for a bit of advise.
In just over 2 weeks i start John O Groats to Lands End over 9 days (average of 105 miles per day)
I have been training pretty well and last week rode 7 out of 9 days and completed 600 miles on the process. I feel really good and feel like im as ready as i can be.
My question is, what is the best way to spend the next 2 and half weeks to ensure i am in peak condition.
should i keep hammering the miles, just keep doing rides to keep my legs going, mix it up a bit?
Im not too sure what to do and would welcome any advice
thanks

Keep a reasonable mileage up. Tapering the miles down but still getting down on the bike in the final 4/3 days ish.
Don't stop all together with 3 or 4 days left otherwise the first day or two are going to be painful. Do small casually paced rides to keep the legs ticking over.
good luck with the ride and enjoy it.0
