Business trip just before 100 mile sportive

So.......on 2nd June I've got my first 100 mile sportive in Tour of the Peak with over 9000ft of climbing.
Training so far has gone ok, and on top of plenty of 30/40 mile rides I've managed to get some hilly 60/70 miles under my belt and done a couple of 'hill' intervals on a spinning bike most weeks. I've also managed to lose 2 stone in weight since Xmas which have definitely helped in the hills.
That said this Thursday, 10 days before, I'm away with business until 5 days before. Obviously I'll be 'tapering' in the 5 days leading up to the big one but after some suggestions of what I could be doing in my time away.
Getting a bike whilst I'm away isn't an option, so I'll pretty much be stuck with the bog standard hotel gym with an excercise bike and free weights (lunges?)
Can anyone recommend anything which I should be doing or will ensuring I eat well and dont drink (too much) do me?
Thanks

I wouldn't worry too much. I'm on holiday for a week right before the London Surrey 100, so that's 100 miles after more than 10 days out of the saddle.WyndyMilla Massive Attack | Rourke 953 | Condor Italia 531 Pro | Boardman CX Pro | DT Swiss RR440 Tubeless Wheels

If you lay off the beer and get lots of sleep it may be great timing, opportunity to recharge the batteries"I get paid to make other people suffer on my wheel, how good is that"
