That's gonna be costly when you have an off. It's still full of clutter.

Personally I'd lose the phone/wallet bag (too in your face). Lose the rear mudguard (a muddy bum never hurt anyone). Refit the front mudguard (PROPERLY. Shite in your face is not nice). Finally, remove them spoke reflectors (look like the come free in a cereal box) Total cost = f**k all.

    But that's my personal opinion

Yeah, i defo agree with mrlee, i would lose the pump too and stick it in your daysack when needed.

A little bit of rain and grit on the pump won't do it any favors. The laptop thing on your bars will just distract you. Get the chain off the frame and in a bag for when you need it. Fit a Mucky Nutz mudguard ;)
  • Quite a few nobs in this thread... leave the lad alone!

Its a bike and gets you out in the mud, who cares if its got a load of stuff on the bars etc! If it works for you....

I think nobs is a bit unfair. Correct me if I'm wrong but, isn't the purpose of this thread to post pics of your bike and get people's opinion? Nobody has told him he MUST do what he's told. People are just giving their opinions.

This forum is quite funny though. I put a picture up of my decent bike, which I built up myself (1st time of not getting a bike shop to do it) and no one commented for weeks. I out up a picture last night of my work bike with a picture of some high end components I was looking to fit and I got 13 replies in about 2 hours.
Maybe people are being a little negative, but i believe the comments are mostly positive, just trying to help a fellow rider not look like a complete tit on the trails.
  • well took advice and slowly removing bits and pieces, keeping mudguard, spoke reflectors and pump on bike as i cycle a lot in the darker hours of the day both morning and night and to be fair i'd rather look like a tit than give someone an excuse to wipe me and my bike out.
