Surely deserving of his own thread and a worthy follow up to Tweeter Sagan. My favourite of today:

UK Cycling Expert ‏@ukcyclingexpert 3h
Soon the riders will enter the feed zone where they stop to eat and drink. While most teams use basic plastic cutlery, Team Sky use carbon.

Fair enough. Each to their own. Personally, I'm really enjoying his tweets but if you can point me to someone better, please do.

I'm loving it, and want to claim a small amount of credit for (I think) being first to suggest on here.

I know it's not that important, but when you're as much of a lurker as me, you've got to get what you can :)

FF will have you for wheel-sucking. :D
UKCyclingExpert has been on-the-money so far. He's obviously a keen observer of his peers (football correspondents) suddenly becoming experts in cycling. Got a keen eye for one-eyed Olympic coverage too. And funny.

It was a retweet from Richard Moore that caught my attention first... pretty sure the 'also followed by' were all journos too.

Excellent, can you point us to some please as I'm enjoying the Tweets. Liked the comparison of Cav to Bolt doing a marathon sat in a palanquin and jumping out to sprint he last 200m

He/She needs to be a little less prolific I reckon, but I loved this:

Team Sky should keep an eye on Alex Dowsett. Young Brit guy on the US Movie Star squad. Could deffo do a job for Sky in the future #Gir0

    Tom Staniford‏@tomstaniford5 May
@ukcyclingexpert @richardmoore73 Movistar are Spanish... And Dowsett did 2yrs with Sky. Or is that the joke?
    Expand

    Tom Staniford‏@tomstaniford5 May
@tsekelvinth I have every faith in @richardmoore73 and think he RT'd it to take the piss out of " @ukcyclingexpert "

    UK Cycling Expert‏@ukcyclingexpert5 May
@tomstaniford @richardmoore73 Sorry, yes, Spanish. Dowsett, though, wow! Amazing Team Sky could let him & the 2011 BBC SPOTY (Cav) leave.

    Tom Staniford‏@tomstaniford5 May
@ukcyclingexpert @richardmoore73 do you believe 2011 SPOTY is Cav's greatest achievement?

Never mind @ulcyclingexpert I want to know who Tom Staniford is and how he's allowed to use an internet enabled device unsupervised?

His sense of humour bypass was a complete success also.
"In many ways, my story was that of a raging, Christ-like figure who hauled himself off the cross, looked up at the Romans with blood in his eyes and said 'My turn, sock cookers'"
