How can I benefit from Quadrant analysis charts in Golden Cheetah other than deciding whether I need to pedal harder/faster when training?

QA provides some insight into the neuromuscular demands of rides/races, which, when added to a solid understanding of the metabolic demands, provides you with information to help you train specifically for your goal events. As with all data, keep in mind your own is an indicator of what you did, not always what you should do.

It's also pretty useful for assessing the nature of changes in neuromuscular power through maximal force-velocity testing, although you need an SRM for that. The data can be used to provide an estimate of muscle fibre type mix.
