Might be a simple question but ...
I'm riding a 60 flat course . Hydrated and I have eaten properly and no wind ,During the later stages of the ride my heart rate is increasing, so if im holding a 150 BPM I find my speed dropping off or if I try to keep a 19mph average I find my heart rate increasing .
Is this a case of I need to increase my endurance due to poor cardio fitness ??
