  • Good stuff. Out of interest did you notice any change in heart rate when you stopped bashing the legs daily?

    I definitely seem to be reaching near maximum more regularly during intervals and although the trend is only a few beats higher than before it does appear to be consistently happening?ie max is 164 and now reach 161 whereas previously may only get as high as 159?

    Only a slight change i know- is this likely to be due to being more rested or a sign of fading fitness??
