I like using Garmin to track my KM's in the year. Is it possible to download files from a PC7 into Garmin connect?

If not, any other ideas of where I can track my yearly km's?

    If your using a Garmin device you can use the free version of training peaks and download an add in that allows you to copy direct from the device.
    Pain hurts much less if its topped off with beating your mates to top of a climb.

    Is it possible to convert PC7 files and load into Garmin Connect?

    you can do it with golden cheetah (it's free)

    load the srm file in gc, then you can export to other formats
    my bike - faster than god's and twice as shiny
