Morning Losers!

Turns out I missed the internet engineer yesterday  This means I had to rearrange a new time and explain that by working all day, the 2 shifts of 8am-1pm and 1pm - 6pm don't really work for the majority of people. Anyway, they do Saturdays, so that's ruined my Saturday plans.

Today, work, then out for a ride. Interesting that when a load of people suddenly start following your Strava, you think you'd better add some miles to it

    Morning Scuttlers

Another day another moan. Seems manchild replacement has taken to dossing at ours despite the sis inlawish being at work all day. By this i mean sitting in her room all day smoking only coming down to eat and ignore his and her washing up which has piled up over 3 days as im getting in from work and doing it. Another pet hate is he drinks all our skimmed milk in protein shakes but then buys full fat to replace it, which i dont drink mrs G cant drink brcause of slimming world and manchild mk1 doesnt like weve told him over and over again but he still does it.

    Anyway two treherberts to start

If the good lord spares us and the creeks dont rise ill check ya all later

Well, sucks to be you!

    Mornin' toadies.

Hideous day in work (involving no real work), but counting down the days till new job starts - everyone seems to demand my time, and asks in way that just p****s me off. Still a month and 2/3 and it's done - I'm bricking it, but its one of those oppotunities I'd be a complete numbat to turn down. In the meantime there is coffee and some prep work to do. Lots of coffee!

Onwards! To caffiene! And funded dossing!

Good night ride last night, good curry after, all good.
This morning curry decided it wanted out, and sooner rather than later :(

Woke up way too early this morning, even before the resident blackbird had started singing, so just got up and took the other bike for a long run before work.

The returning boss man was way too busy yesterday to bother me but I'm sure he'll find time today to make a nuisance of himself. Got a presentation to attend this morning but, by all accounts, the HR girly is quite fit so that should distract from the boredom.

Only half on my new shiny things arrived yesterday so at least there is something to look forward to later on.

Another day without cake so I'll need to start thinking about sorting out alternative supplies.

    Later......

    Mornin',

5 hour (if I'm lucky,) meeting in Liverpool today. Supposed to be getting the train so that we can have 'team dinner & drinks' afterwards. I'll be driving and heading straight back after the meeting. They get enough of my life already without eating into my own time.

Well on-one are being very good about El Guano. Yet to get it in writing but on the phone they've said they'll pay for the LBS to correct my headset issues, accepted there is a fault with the frame and said I can hang onto it until replacement stock comes in late May, when I can return it and they'll replace it.

What more can i do, its her sisters home too so i cant ban him from the house. Ive told him how loathsome and, unwelcome 3/4 of the house find him. Mrs G has told him hes not particularly welcome weve told her sister hes a douche and not right in the head, her friends have told her hes a bullshitter and a wrong un but shes selfish and he seems to revel in causing discomfort, for father ted fans think father Finton Stack. So ive taken to simply ignoring him then bitching although as i have to crack on packing the hiuse up uf he hasnt moved his new 2 grand speakers he had delivered to our house i will be putting them outside in the leaky bike shed.

Alright for some, we just got our numbers finished off and now we've got auditors crawling all over them  I need a bazooka. Luckily I've got staff as a first line of defence between me and the irritations.

Work slightly less manic now and had a good pedal in this morning even if it was drizzling all they way. Good excuse to pedal harder and keep warm...

Argh been out of the office all morning on a course. I hate CPD. It was all I could do to stay awake. I don't really want to listen to someone talk about claims and indemnity policies and boundary disputes. I did however gorge myself on pastries and chocolate biscuits. And why are they digging up the entire of North Road? I don't like sitting in traffic.

Got into work for the afternoon to find all hell breaking loose. I have given up on getting anything of my own done today and am resigned to spending 8 hours Saturday in here. Well it is supposed to rain so I wont be doing anything else. Currently demanding tea and biscuits before I have to go into another meeting.

On a brighter note all my new trail trainers have turned up today so this evening I will be choosing the ones which I like the best (or which are the nicest colour because I'm a girl and I can choose things based on that!).
