    Interesting. I've always felt that if you're going to charge very top end prices (which Cervelo do), then the customer service needs to be tip top, (not to mention the quality). Disappointing from them.

    I had a recall on my Specialized SL4, and I have to say it was handled extremely efficiently, and they even gave you a 100 quid voucher to spend for the inconvenience. Needless to say, when the SL5 comes out, I will be well up in the queue!

    Just got this back from Madison: -
    Derby Cycleworks are taking over distribution of Cervelo frames in the UK, effective from 31st July, following the recent buy-out of the Cervelo brand.
    At the minute they call the shots, all RMAs must be authorised by Derby.

    I've asked how things stand now.

    Anyone know who Derby Cycleworks is?
