What makes you think that? He has used different accounts to put this up for sale, all of which get taken down, he is taking a very low price for what it is, and clearly has no idea what he has. It is brand new, everything is very shoddy.

Wow this is freaky. I sent this guy a message about this bike before this even became a thread. I wanted to know some information about it (as a joke ofcourse) and this was his reply

Don't no what you mean ? It's a bike lol

    - barber4ya.

I wanted to know cassette ratios and specific measurements etc...

I then reply with im not gona buy a bike i know nothing about etc.

    He replied..

Grow up who's asking you to buy it lol if you want it it says what it says in the listing

I then reply with wow you have just lost out on a possible sale as i was "really" interested (joke ofcourse).

    He then replied with-

Sorry but I was at a funeral I'm sorry except my apology if I can be any help please call 0..........

So if anybody wants his phone number for the police etc send me a pm.

thats far too much effort. best to just scam a buyer for some cash as they will not even see the bike or meet the seller (he is from china iirc).

stealing physical things and meeting with people is far too much effort/risk. Best to pop up a pic of a desirable bike, let people bid on it and win it for a "bargain" then hit them with some Im out of the country Ill post it to you crap. If you get a biter (1/10 maybe?) then youve made a stack of money for ZERO physical effort.

Honestly, Id bet my firstborn they do not have that bike in their possession.

How about asking him to post a picture of the rear cassette or under neath the frame, bottom bracket?

If he cant give it, then its clear he does not have the bike.
