Snowing in Wakefield today - only a few inches settling though. Unless it freezes hard overnight (black Ice!!) I think it will be fine for my planned Saturday cycle.

Do you think? Have a fun ride!

Ok lol It's a bit worse than I thought!

    The turbo it is :s

Fortunately I'm indisposed this weekend with tail end of a cold. :D

No snow or rain in Bristol but it is a bit cold. Just had half hour on the bike at the gym but have planned some hilly routes (for me anyway) when the weather improves. Small steps...

No snow here on the coast at south shields. Lucky me!

30mph winds gusting to 60mph though...

Out on the bike this morning, did 30 miles. Brutal.

    I'm in Newcastle.

An hour was all I could manage this morning. The gusts were a nightmare, the sporadic rain / sleet was soul destroying and the wind chill was far worse than in the depths of December when I was riding on icy roads.

Sick of this weather now like.

Road trip completed the Giant is home ;)
Set off from Kent at 4am arrived on the Wirral at 9.30 and back indoors by 2pm..Described as on Radio 2 as a "witches broom" for road and driving conditions! Nah, roads were well gritted and ploughed. Fantastic folks made me a welcoming cuppa.
Very pleased with my new 1st bike. Just need some spring like days now.
