I just called in, they have the repair stands for £29.99 which are not listed on the website. Picked one up along with a couple of the base layers and some socks.

the base layers are really good. if those base layer shorts include pad, they are also really good.

Yes, and rate them highly. Bought a pump last year and it's still going strong. At £5 you can't go wrong.

What are people's thoughts on the cycling shorts baselayer? Do you use this for winter or for general use?

Just wondering because my Bib Tights I got last year can feel quite nippy on a few cycling rides I have done this year

Are they winter bib tights? Nothing beats winter tights in this weather, I am still wearing mine. Dont think I will be switching back to normal bib tights just yet, too cold! :P

I'm interested to know about these also. I got a couple of base layer tops earlier and saw them - I wondered if they are more for commuting in and don't want to wear full lycra with pads.

I assume you wouldn't wear them underneath normal bib shorts with pads?

Has anyone ever tried their sunglasses? I tried a pair on this morning and they felt really cr*p - so I left them.

Yes winter tights...but I could do with more 'insulation' ...it could help when it gets windy and wet...
Also need to know if you wear this under the bib shorts/ tights?

Right so just been to LIDL in Warrington..

Still a fair bit of stuff there.. About 8 Bike stands for £29.99..

Personally i didnt buy anything.. I didnt like the look of any of it, bit different horses for different courses and all that.

Hopefully someone can make use of the info who wants a bike stand though :)

Pair of the wife`s tights under bibtights will go a long way to insulate you-just dont make a visit to A&E.
Whats the solution? Just pedal faster you baby.

No bib-anything or bike stands in Cheltenham one that I noticed :(
Got some cheap Haribo that I have not tried before though :D
Track pump looked to be the best thing they had.

I have just purchased 2 x short sleeved base layers in case we get any warmer weather during the summer. Seem good value for £6.99, the proof will be in the wearing.

Just been to the chessington one, 1 track pump, couple pairs of socks, sunglasses and a base layer. No stands there unfortunately and stock going relatively quickly.

Ended up buying a few pairs of socks and base layers and half the weeks groceries.

All appear decent quality products. Will give the base layer a try later.

glasses are good - I normally grab a couple of pairs every time. Base layers are also good very good when you get hot and sweaty and cold again.
