Turbo trainer compatibility

I have a Orbit/Thompson road bike with 126mm rear dropout spacing and, having very cleverly shattered my humerus a few weeks back coming off my bike, am contemplating getting a turbo trainer.
Is there and problem with using this narrower back dropout spacing with a turbo trainer (specifically the Tacx Blue Matic).
Thanks

While I am no expert, turbo trainers come with a rear QR axle of just a regular internal cam style type such as this:

If your QR is of this type, it will fit securely in the TT without any issues as the axle widths are almost nearly all adjustable to all widths. If it is more of a nylon cam on your QR, then it will not fit as well and potential could fall out.
My recommendation would be to see if you can get it in a LBS where you can check it out but if that is not possible buy it and the worst that can happen is an extra £10 on a new QR of the same type that comes in the box.0
