I think the boy means a basic discount code for 10% eg EXTRA10 - give him a break.

Not seen one for ages from Wiggle I'm afraid.

What are getting ? Sure we can confuse you at the last minute !

I think it's fab that a 15 year old is saving his hard earned for a bike. As above, what you getting and how close are you ?

Agree give the guy a break - he is just using his initiative afterall.

The only thing i would say is if a bike is already discounted, Wiggle (and all the others) gernerally do not allow you to use a vouncher against these items.

Why did you spend that much? you'll grow out of it in a year.

I think he was being genuine, I have a 17 year old and when he was 15 he grew so much in a single year that anything mega on a bike would have been wasted, he outgrew everything. A 15 year old girl can grow 3" in her 15th year, the average boy 5" (according to google health)

Girls don't tend to have growth spurts at 15. Unless we're talking outward instead of upward

    +1.
Blatantly obvious the young lass is excited about buying the bike. She's saved hard and finally got enough money to buy it. She posts harmlessly and is berated for it. When she gets enough money she's then further deflated by such a negative comment! :x

Enjoy your new bike and have fun. :)

I sold one of my collection of air rifles as it was one that I don't use as much as the others.
The chances of me growing out of it is highly unlikely as I am taller than both my older sisters taller than my dad and pretty much the same height as my mum, and in the case I do grow out of it I give it to my younger brother who will grow into it very soon and get a job and buy a new one.

Thanks to you lot who are sticking up for me to the rest of you i'm the 15 year old however I think you are the ones who need to grow up.

Gotta love this forum at times.

Someones asks a reasonable straight forward question, quick lets jump on and be obnoxious and a twat about it.

Smeone posts a picture of their bike, quick lets tell em how shite it looks and its all set up wrong.

Glad you got the money and its fantastic to see someone so excited about getting their new bike, good luck with it. And if you have questions to ask about it, then ask away. The twats will patronise you and attempt to be smart arses but loads of people on here are really helpful, good luck.

Nice response OP. I remember getting my first decent road bike when i was your age. Whilst you never loose that new bike feeling no matter how old you are its so much better when you are young. Enjoy the bike i am sure you will :D
