I have set myself something to aim at;
Do 100 miles in a day.
Get below 12st.
And not to be so shallow with blingy parts...

I am already down to 65 kg. So it will also be nice to be under 62 kg in July. Unfortunately I have already done seven 200 mile rides so that target has already been met.
Etape Caledonia in under 4 hours and the Ride London 100 in under 5 hours are my targets this year!0 -
Another one looking to do 1st 100 mile ride, got a place on London - Surrey 100
Do some sportives in the build up to get used to doing longer distances in groups.0 -
Get stronger legs, loose weight.0

my goals are:
1). Complete our 100 mile route in 5 hrs and 10 minutes (next year want to do it in 5hrs)
2). Compete in 4th Cat Races
3). Achieve my 3rd Cat licence by the end of the season
4). Complete my 55 mile local sportive in 2hrs 45 minutes (last year was at 2hrs 55minutes)
5). Tone my core - by this i mean get ride of my flappy belly!
6). Complete a 10 mile TT
7). Ride 7000 miles
that will do for this year0 -
Mines quite simple ...
4k miles this year - did just over 3k last so it shouldn't be difficult to achieve - ahead of target so far.
100 mile ride - did 86 last year in a sportive, but most of my rides since have been quite short ... need to build up endurance again.0 -

Road... no concrete objectives beyond "just enjoy it". Not exactly hard!
MTB... South Downs Way in a day. First hurdle... deal with the "the MTB's had it, best do something" issue about which I've been procrastinating for a while now.Mangeur0 -
To join a club.
Been rideing over 2 years now but have allways put it off due to work and being away alot at weekends. Not sure if makeing only 5 to 6 rides a year would be enough.0 -

Ride more enjoy the sunshine that's due soon
500 miles per month minimum, a century then a century a week for the rest of the year
get below 13st and see a big difference in the body shape by stopping drinking alcohol been off it 2 months and already slimmed down going for the Wiggins skinny look :-)
enjoy it more and more and keep enjoying it maybe even do my 1st sportive at 400 -
I've started focusing on short distances more intensively of late; I'd definitely like to get my flat 10 mile time below 24 minutes (without aerodynamic aids). I know I'm physically capable of it. My fitness isn't where I would like it at the moment [after two very mediocre seasons for cycling and no turbo or rollers], but I did it in 26:57 even in awful weather conditions a few weeks ago, so I think I'm on the right track...0

Lose 1 stone (nearly there)
