Hi
I'm looking at getting a GPS watch for training with my bike, I've seen the Garmin Forerunner 410 which looks like you can use it with a speed/cadence sensor. I've also been looking at other brands like Suunto, Timex and Polar but I'm not sure about the capability they have with the app Strava. I know that garmin are advertised as working with Strava but I don't know if anyone else has been able to use Strava with any other GPS watches.
Cheers, any recommendations/experience shared would be greatly welcomed

What exactly do you need it to do in relation to Strava?0

Strava website has a list of compatible devices on it. The watch you mention is on that list.

I want to use the watch to track my route with speed and heart rate.
I know the Garmin I mentioned is on that list, but Strava only list Garmins my question is if it is possible to use other gps watches such as Suunto, Polar, Timex watches with Strava0 -
I have a Nike+ GPS watch and looked to see if I could add my routes from that but it wouldn't let me even though the Nike program is very similar to strava. Sorry cant help any more on that score.0

If you can get it to download to any program that has an export .gpx file option then you will be able to upload that .gpx data into Strava.0
