NOTHING in the legs - whats up?

2 weeks ago,I felt like I had a great week. Was putting out great numbers (a couple of PB's). I have also ramped up my running from around 15 miles a week to 30 miles a week over the last 2 weeks.
Now.... my bike performance has been dropping over the last 2 weeks. It accumulated this morning when I could barley put out 200w on my TT bike (usually can do 290ish).
As soon as I try and up the effort, my legs just burn and I loose all motivation to keep pushing.
The weird thing is, my running is getting stronger and stronger. After a bad ride yesterday (where I felt rubbish), I then went for a 6 mile run and was running a really good pace.
Today, again on the bike, I felt AWFUL. Just low energy.
I am not sure if I have a bug/virus or something, or maybe its mild over training?

Too much running and not enough cycling? That's a pretty big ramp up in running. Why so much running. What are you training for? Triathlon? Maybe throttle back on the running a sbit and see if you recover cycling performance.0

Sounds like over training to me0

Yer, I get this. A few days off is usually a good place to start, regardless of the cause.0

This. Slow it down for a few days or take some time off completely.0 -
You don't get over-trained in just a week or two.
It's fatigue from upping the volume of training, not over-training.More problems but still living....0 -
Basic training principles-
Overreach and adapt.
You've done/are doing the first.....Death or Glory- Just another Story0 -

Depends on what he'd done to lead up to that good week.0 -
I had the exact same today, really strong ride yesterday and died on the way home today. HR was low and couldn't turn the pedals.
Pretty horrible experience all round.0 -
EXACTLY the same issue I've had this weekend. Felt crap yesterday, but slightly better today. I think I need to have a look at my diet first off.Orbea Orca OMX DI2 MyO

Looking at my logs, I havent had a day off either biking, running or swimming for many months... The last time I took a day off was probably September. I dont think thats the issue though. I reckon a combination of increased bike intensity + bigger run volume has led to this. I can see I have been missing targets in cycling and swimming over the last few weeks. Will reign it back this week!
I also think that after a long time spent on the turbo, certain muscles have become deconditioned (I mainly ride a TT bike). This has made getting power down on the road hard. Maybe I am imagining this... but maybe its a side effect of just riding the TT bike on the turbo?0
