    I like the idea of this - and I just signed up to the session they're doing at the Surrey Sports park in April - should be alot of fun!!!!

    Why?....

    This looks like my idea of hell and I quite enjoy using the turbo. What could possibly motivate someone to go and see a below par rock band and sweat away in a room full of other people? Is it really that hard to motivate yourself that you need live music and 40 other people in similiar states of pain.
