Specialized Command Post Issues

Hi guys

I have a Stumpjumper with a command post and I have fitted XT M785 brakes, the small metal tube from remote lever keeps fouling the brake reservoir, have any of you encountered this problem? can I use normal outer cable instead of the metal tube or does anyone know if these pipes can be bent, any answers gratefully receivedRemotelever_zps99f8f5b4.jpg

    oh sorry

    The pipe has snapped, hence the black tape, the post isnt returning properly because of it. I need a new pipe but the angle needs to be different or I will have the same problem

    Either bend the pipe slightly or undo the brake and shifters and move them across ever so slightly. Only needs a tiny bit by looks of the photo
