Specialized Command Post Issues

Hi guys
I have a Stumpjumper with a command post and I have fitted XT M785 brakes, the small metal tube from remote lever keeps fouling the brake reservoir, have any of you encountered this problem? can I use normal outer cable instead of the metal tube or does anyone know if these pipes can be bent, any answers gratefully received

oh sorry
The pipe has snapped, hence the black tape, the post isnt returning properly because of it. I need a new pipe but the angle needs to be different or I will have the same problem0 -
Either bend the pipe slightly or undo the brake and shifters and move them across ever so slightly. Only needs a tiny bit by looks of the photo0
