Sufferfest - When does it end?

Hi, I've just tried A Very Dark Place and thought I'd finished as the credits rolled G`Night. But then it started again with another 2 minute session followed by a warm down and then Interval 4 again - I'm sure I had already done that? Too buggered to do it I switched it off!! Anyway, was it right to repeat half of Interval 3 and all of Interval 4 again, plus whatever else the pain master added onto the vid?

I converted it to dvd so i could use it on a little TV in the garage. I can't totally remember as I'm at work, but I thought I had already done the 4 sessions then the cool down, then Darth Vadar says something like "I thought you would be back" which then turns into the last 2 mins of a session and then goes into the cobbled session calling it session 4? I thought the cobbles where earlier in the session?
Like I said, I was buggered so maybe cos I was in a Very Dark Place, its messed with my mind!!
